Air France has launched its new initiative with its new smartphone services that is equipped to inform the passengers of any cancellations, change in flight timings, delays, and missing baggage in real time.

This new initiative by Air France is set to improve its customer service and satisfaction by leaps and bounds. The Airline has been in this innovative phase since early this year. Their efforts have finally paid off with the launch of this new service. This service will now be available to all Air France passengers alongside other services such as mobile ticket purchase and electronic boarding passes. This service, which will be made available free of charge to the passengers, will keep them informed via email, phone or text message service about any delays of flights, changes in the boarding gate as early as 14 days before departure. It can also inform passengers of any delays in baggage claim. The airline is proud of this new service and has aptly explained it to be the most extensive in the world. Air France aims to become the leader in mobile customer service for all its passengers and also endeavours to provide the mobile website and various other applications to its customers during the entire course of the trip. These services are currently available to the Air France customers in languages such as English, Dutch, German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Romanian, and Spanish. It is understood that Air France has kept in mind its varied customer base with the option of multiple languages. This will help customers keep track of their flight schedules and also will save them time in cases of cancellations and delays.
