Aerosvit Airlines News & Information
This year yet again, Aerosvit has bagged this prestigious certificate and proved that the airlines maintain its high standards of flight safety and aviation security. Aerosvit has introduced new flights between Kyiv and Kostanay.
This new addition will see an increase in passenger strength flying on board the airline. The new flight with a duration of three hours and 45 minutes will operate twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays with inbound flights on Thursdays and Sundays. As the largest carrier to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aerosvit will now connect Kyiv to its fourth destination Kostanay. Kyiv is also connected to Almaty and Astana daily via Aerosvit flights. Apart from the above Aerosvit also has two flights a week to Aktau in Kazakhstan. The introduction of the new flights is a result of the increasing demand for flights to these regions from North America and Europe. Copenhagen, Stockholm, Riga, Kaliningrad, Minsk, Vilnius, New York, Warsaw, Bucharest, Budapest, Sophia, Prague, Tbilisi, Larnaca, and some cities of Germany will also have flights connecting them to Kostanay via Kyiv. These new flights are a part of the airlines expansion plans of increasing its network to at least 80 international routes this year. Aerosvit will have flights to Stuttgart, Kostanai, and Samarkand along with three new non-stop transcontinental flights to various locations in South East Asia such as Colombo, Ho Chi Minh, and Hong Kong. In addition to the introduction of these new flights, Aerosvit continues its tryst with safety and aviation security by making it a prime focus. Aerosvit is among the few airlines among others to have cleared the IOSA audit conducted by the IATA.
