New Bristol Based Flight to Naples with easyJet
It has been revealed by low cost carrier easyJet that they are to offer new flights to Naples from Bristol. Starting in May 2012 the service will run thrice weekly, offering residents the ideal opportunity to explore the third largest city in Italy.
Adding the service as part of their summer schedule, easyJet's new flights will be available between 12th May and 1st September 2012. 43 destinations are now on offer to Bristol locals with easyJet, offering a large network with a variety of great travel spots.
Speaking of the new service, easyJet's UK Commercial Manager, Ali Gayward, said "Our new route to Naples will provide passengers from the South West with affordable access to one of Europe's most dynamic cities which offers visitors a rich culture and access to nearby attractions." Ms Gayward added that the additional service from Bristol showed easyjet's commitment to offer residents low fares and good travel options.
Bristol Airport's Aviation Director, Shaun Browne, meanwhile said that the addition to Naples was greatly welcomed, opening up "exciting holiday options for South West travellers." And with Naples close to popular destinations such as Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius, the 2012 summer service is expected to do extremely well.
