Hailed as the oldest jazz festival in Italy and previously known as the Festival Internazionale del Jazz, this musical event takes place annually in November and draws large crowds to enjoy sensational musical performances.

With over 100 hours of scheduled music to be enjoyed by music lovers, the majority of the featured performances take place at the famous Teatro delle Celebrazioni in Bologna. Along with the performances by the major bands and stars on the programme, there are also concerts by young up and coming jazz performers both from Italy and around the world.
