The Nice Jazz Festival attracts over 45,000 people during the course of eight nights of performances. The festival is comprised of 500 musicians and 75 different shows. The entire event is centred in the beautiful Arenes de Cimiez, which is the 2,000-year-old amphitheatre in Cimiez. This festival has been held since 1948.
