Attractions
The beaches along the Costa Blanca are the best in Spain. Watersports are readily available here with jet ski, sailing and diving popular with holidaymakers.
Shopping
No shortage of souvenier shops and open-air markets. Benidorm is a large resort with plenty of shops selling clothing, leather goods, local crafts, sportswear and beachwear.
Excursions
Guadalest Castle, Algar waterfall, Aitana Safari Park. Trips to the mountains, cultural and shopping trips and water parks.
Family
Families will find countless outlets here and children are well catered for in most hotels. In low season the resort is quieter and many people choose to spend the winters here
Getting Around
There is a railway between Alicante and Denia but the local buses are frequent and cheap. Car hire is recommended.
