Aer Arann promotes flights to Ireland
Aer Arann has launched a sale to promote its flights between the UK and Ireland. The carrier announced a 20 per cent price reduction on all of its flights on this network, which will be available until midnight on July 13th.
More than 250,000 seats are included in the promotion, covering flights from Manchester to Kerry, Edinburgh to Cork, Cardiff to Dublin and Birmingham to Waterford.
Fergal Barry, Aer Arann's commercial director, described the offer as "a fantastic opportunity to visit the Emerald Isle".
He added: "There's been a lot of talk about people deferring their summer holiday because of the credit crunch but we're encouraging people to get away from the daily grind this summer and discover the 'real' Ireland without emptying their pockets.
"We are also lightening the load for customers by having no baggage charges or check-in fees on any flights."
The sale, which applies to flights to and from all 13 of Aer Arann's UK destinations, is valid for travel throughout 2008.
