Music fans are in for treat this month as the Festival Rock en Seine comes to the French capital
Paris on August 20th, 28th and 29th.
Year after year, the event offers a consistently high calibre line-up in a great atmosphere.
Headlining this year's event are rock veterans REM and Amy Winehouse, whose media omnipresence seems assured for some time to come.
Other acts performing at this year's event include Rage Against The Machine, Lostprophets, The Raconteurs, Tricky, Kate Nash, Dirty Pretty Things, The Roots and The Streets.
The festival itself is held in the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud, a park created by Le Notre in the 17th-century. With 460 hectares of woods, ponds, fountains and statues, it was the first garden to be officially recognised as a historical monument in 1994.
Those who purchase a Pro Pass for the event will have access to around 45 concerts, a bar, a VIP restaurant and numerous after-show parties.
