Music fans planning a getaway in
Europe this summer may be interested in visiting the
Czech Republic to combine their holiday with a number of live concerts in the country.
The Czech tourist board announced details of several shows that will be taking place this year, starting with a gig by American rockers Limp Bizkit at the O2 Arena in
Prague on June 18th.
Brno could also prove a popular destination with travellers this year when it hosts gigs by Lenny Kravitz on June 19th and British heavy metal legends Motorhead on July 4th.
Blues fans will be heading to
Prague on July 15th to catch up with the world tour of the great BB King, while those who prefer pop will be catching flights to the Czech capital on August 13th to see Madonna.
Prague will also play host to one of the biggest names of the summer when Radiohead perform in the city on August 23rd.
Flights to Prague are available with carriers including
Czech Airlines,
Wizz Air and
British Airways.
