Walking with Dinosaurs show tours Europe, North America
Family holidays could have some added excitement this year as the live version of the BBC show Walking with Dinosaurs tours Europe and North America.
The live production will be staged in Glasgow, Manchester, London and other UK cities in July and August.
Travellers visiting Indianapolis and Denver in the US will also be able to see the show this summer before it heads to Montreal and Ottawa in Canada.
The arena production of Walking with Dinosaurs has taken years to put together and is presented on a £10 million stage.
Fifteen life-size dinosaur models feature in the show - including tyrannosaurus rex and stegosaurus - which walk across the stage and engage in battles for survival and supremacy.
Later this year and in early 2010, Walking with Dinosaurs will set off on a tour of Europe that will include visits to Stockholm, Paris, Vienna, Berlin and other cities.
