Top Holiday Hotspots Revealed by British Airways
It has been revealed by British Airways that Las Vegas, New York and Mauritius are amongst top spots being booked for holidays in August.
Leading airline British Airways has revealed some of the top holiday hotspots for those wanting to go away in August. With the summer holidays in full swing, the airline has said that North America and the Caribbean were very popular, with increased flights to Tampa, St Lucia, Antigua and Barbados offering more customer choice than ever.
Speaking about the latest hotspots being noted around the world, Claire Bentley of British Airways said "Thanks to a range of new leisure destinations, including Marrakech and even more flights to the Caribbean, customers can be sure we can help them get away for their perfect summer holiday."
Also included in the most popular bookings in August were Las Vegas and New York, two top cities in the U.S. With both of the cities having become global icons, their popularity remains high. And with new agreements with both Iberia and American Airlines, British Airways can offer travel to these locations even more effectively than before. Meanwhile, Venice, Jersey, Rome and Mauritius were also favourites for August bookings, with the latter destination in particular noting high demand as individuals looked to holiday in paradise, surrounding themselves with crystal waters and sandy, palm fringed beaches.
