New Dining Options on Flights with Cathay Pacific
New Dining Menu Aboard Cathay Pacific
Hong Kong based Cathay Pacific has revealed that it will be offering premium passengers new top quality cuisine. The new meals, which are available for Business Class and First Class passengers, will offer the indulgence as if passengers were dining in a five star restaurant.
Having begun this month, those aboard Cathay Pacific flights from Hong Kong will be able to enjoy over 30 new dishes, which are provided in partnership with Swire Hotels. Running for three months until 31st January, passengers will be able to indulge in cuisines normally served at the top four Swire Hotels of Bei, Sureno, Feast and Café Gray Deluxe, the latter of which has a Michelin star. Cuisine such as Iberico chorizo with prawn and tzatziki sauce, baby taro and brassica, and braised short rib of beef will be a delight to sample.
Talking of the latest addition to its premium class menus, Director of Corporate Affairs at Cathay Pacific, Quince Chong, said "Cathay Pacific is committed to promoting Hong Kong as an exciting destination and food paradise for visitors from all over the world. We are delighted to join hands with Swire Hotels for our latest in-flight menu promotion, which features a range of exciting dishes from four renowned restaurants, most notably the Michelin-starred Café Gray Deluxe at The Upper House."
