That is why when you finally sit down in your seat on the plane the flight itself should be a time of rest and relaxation – to compose yourself before the mad rush when the flight touches down at the other end.

Unfortunately, this situation is often just a pipedream - most of the time due to the infuriating habits of the other passengers on board. Screaming babies, drunken revellers, and the guy that has reclined his seat so far that he is crushing your legs are all on board and ready to make your flight miserable.
