Passengers who
fly to Las Vegas will now have the choice of seven flights a week as
Virgin Atlantic has increased their service.
The new direct daily flights, which commenced on May 6th, will fly passengers into and out of Gatwick Airport.
The Boeing 747-400 service will depart from London at 10:45 BST and arrive into McCarran International Airport Las Vegas, USA at 13:30 local time.
The service will then return to Gatwick the following day at 09:55 local time.
Chief executive of Virgin Atlantic, Steve Ridgway, said: "I am delighted to announce that Las Vegas has become a daily service. Las Vegas is a fantastic city full of excitement and entertainment and it has proved to be a very popular route with both leisure and business travellers. Since we introduced the first ever direct service to Las Vegas in June 2000,
Virgin Atlantic has carried over 700,000 passengers."
Virgin Atlantic services are now available to 26 destinations around the world, flying one of the youngest fleets of Airbus and Boeing planes, according to the airline company.
