Fall in love with the German Loveparade

Fall in love with the German Loveparade
Holidaymakers who plan to grab a flight to Berlin this summer may want to take in the city's Loveparade.

An array of international electronic music DJs will be performing at the event, including Paul van Dyk and Richard Villalobos.

The parade, which celebrates the diversity of the electronic music genre, is also completely free.

Taking place on July 15th, the Loveparade attracts over a million revellers each year and it has been an annual event for dance-music lovers since 1989.

The parade begins at 14:00 local time and travels through Berlin to the Brandenburg Gate, before more music starts entertaining the crowd at the Siegessaule monument at 22:00 local time.

Most Berlin clubs hold post-parade parties so travellers flying to Germany can keep dancing all night long.

Some of Berlin's best night spots, according to Time Out magazine, include the Sage-Club and Kaffee Burger.
