Passengers who fly to London with
Etihad Airways could opt for a chauffer-driven limousine on arrival.
The airline is making the luxury reception available to those who use Diamond or Pearl Zone services at
Gatwick and
Heathrow.
Etihad's offer has no mileage restrictions and can be used for people flying to and from the airports. It is also hoped that the offer will be extended to
Manchester Airport later this year.
HH Dr Sheik Ahmed Bin Saif Al Nahyan, chairman of Etihad, told the ameinfo website: "We are delighted to introduce yet another service enhancement for our valued guests.
"This convenient and luxurious airport transfer will save them considerable time, which will be greatly appreciated by business travellers."
Last month, Etihad announced that it has launched a new service for people who want to
fly to Jeddah from Abu Dhabi.
The service will leave three times a week using its "brand new state-of-the-art" Boeing 777-300 ER or its Airbus 330-200 aircraft.
