Frankfurt will be opening its doors to a whole world of literature once again this October as the city's annual book fair sets up its stalls for professionals and booklovers alike.
Between October 4th and 8th everyone from authors and publishers, to booksellers and librarians, art dealers and illustrators, agents, journalists and readers, will be heading to
Frankfurt for the world's biggest trade fair for books, multimedia and communications.
Held at the Frankfurt exhibition centre, the book fair is expected to attract more than 285,000 visitors from around the world, with India being this year's guest of honour.
Along with the buying and selling of books, visitors to
Frankfurt can enjoy readings at various venues around the city, mingle with authors and artists in the reading tent, take part in a comics workshop or even get your manuscript read by a literary agent.
