The US-based all-premium class carrier, Eos Airlines has announced that it is to introduce a second daily flight between London and
New York.
The new service, which will commence on September 8th, will see twice-daily flights six days a week, Sunday to Friday, going between London's Stansted Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airport in
New York.
There will be just one daily flight out of each airport on Saturdays.
Eos chairman and chief executive, Dave Pottruck, said: "In less than a year, Eos has built a business by setting new standards for the kind of service and product quality that are crucial for transatlantic business travellers.
"We're extremely gratified at the response from our guests and are very pleased to introduce a second daily flight between
New York and London."
The airline, which has just 48 seats onboard its planes and provides business class travel for all of its passengers, announced that its popularity is continuing to climb and that its load factors averaged 72 per cent in June this year.
