SriLankan Airlines has announced new flights to
Goa departing from Colombo, beginning in October.
Goa will become the airline's tenth Indian destination and its 50th worldwide.
The new flights will take place on Mondays and Saturdays and include connecting flights from Colombo.
"We have been steadily expanding our presence in India as we are acutely aware of the growing importance and opportunities of the travel market both inbound and out," said Peter Hill, chief executive officer of SriLankan Airlines.
"The new route to Goa is an exciting addition with excellent commercial prospects."
A special introductory offer is available for members of frequent flyer club Skywards, with travellers able to save up to 50 per cent on regular mileage for reward tickets to
Goa.
This offer is applicable for flights between October 30th and December 10th this year.
