Golf enthusiasts wanting a winter break with a difference should grab a
flight to Hong Kong for the UBS Hong Kong Open.
Held between November 16th and 19th at the Hong Kong Golf Club, the tournament has previously seen Colin Montgomerie, Miguel Angel Jimenez and Padraig Harrington lift the trophy.
It has been played every year since 1959 and offers a prize pot of $1.2 million (£635,000), a lucrative incentive to win for the 60 players from the Asian Tour and 60 from the European Tour taking part in the contest.
With 72 holes to be played, the tournament offers a substantial challenge to even the most seasoned golfer, eliciting gripping performances for both players and spectators alike.
