Film lovers seeking a festival with a difference should
fly to Dubai for the third annual Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) between December 10th and 17th.
This international event features films, shorts and documentaries reflecting the city's diverse culture and population.
Fans, filmmakers, critics and industry bosses flock to
Dubai to see works from 46 different countries, including a number of local and world premieres.
Last year's festival featured new and classic films such as Johnny Cash biopic Walk The Line, the award-winning Nine Lives, Elizabethtown, Broken Flowers, Fighting Dogs, Pride and Prejudice, The Constant Gardener, Cache, 2046 and The Shawshank Redemption.
Morgan Freeman and Laurence Fishburne were just two of the stars who graced DIFF with their presence in 2005.
