Get crafty in New York

Travellers flying to New York this winter could find some unusual Christmas presents at Holiday Crafts Park Avenue, one of the top five crafts events in the US.

Held between November 30th and December 3rd at the Seventh Regiment Armory, this craft fair features a dazzling array of goods sold through nearly 200 stalls.

Visitors can browse items including jewellery, leather goods, art pieces and materials and charming gifts made from wood.

And because all of the products on sale are handmade, shoppers can be sure that they are buying genuinely limited edition one-offs.

Holiday Crafts Park Avenue is the only craft fair held in New York during the Christmas shopping season, so be sure to get there early to have your pick of the finest items.
