Malaysia Airlines has announced the resumption of flights between
Kuala Lumpur and
Beirut from this weekend.
Beginning October 15th, the flights will operate three times a week as a result of high demand for the reopening of routes to
Lebanon.
"The flights, operated using a 229-seater A330-200 aircraft, will depart Kuala Lumpur for Beirut via Dubai on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday," commented Idris Jala, managing director and chief executive of Malaysia Airlines.
"The return flights from Beirut will also depart the same day to arrive Kuala Lumpur the next day."
It was also announced that the airline will increase flights between Kuala Lumpur and
Paris from October 29th, as well as those between the Malaysian capital and
Los Angeles.
