Keen cyclists looking to take in some of the world's most beautiful scenery should head to
South Africa for the Cape Argus Pick 'n' Pay Cycle Tour.
Taking place on March 11th, this huge event sees more than 35,000 cyclists make their way around a 104-kilometre course on the Cape Peninsula.
Competitors from across the globe take part in this massive race and are not only in it to win, but to seize the opportunity of viewing the spectacular landscape of rugged mountains and clear blue water from an unrivalled vantage point.
Visitors to
South Africa who perhaps favour watching over taking part will not lose out, because as well as being able to take in the glorious vista at their leisure they will also be able to take part in the wide range of events that spring up before and after the main race.
With 2007 heralding the 30th anniversary of the tour, holidaymakers travelling to
South Africa should not miss the chance to take part in this growing event.

Cape Argus Pick 'n' Pay Cycle Tour website.
