Bristol International Airport has launched its first meet and greet service for passengers.
Those arriving by car will be able to pull up outside the airport and unload their luggage, before an airport concierge removes their vehicle to a secure airport car park.
When returning through the airport, travellers will be able to call the concierge office, at which point their car will be delivered to a "rapid pick-up" facility, 100 metres from the terminal.
Jim McAuliffe, financial director with responsibility for parking at the airport, comments: "From busy businessmen to families with young children, this service provides the ultimate in convenience and speed."
He adds that the service will also appeal to individuals who do not wish to carry their luggage over long distances, or those on a tight schedule.
Bristol International Airport also announced this week that its donations to local community projects in 2006 topped £35,500, along with 70 hours of voluntary work provided by its staff.
