Heathrow Airport has announced that Terminal 5 will soon be the site of two new concept fashion stores.
Featuring ranges from Ted Baker and Kurt Geiger, the shops form part of the Heathrow Airport's plan to "create a completely new experience in airport shopping" at the terminal.
Terminal 5 is due to open in March 2008, featuring an "illustrious" range of retail opportunities for travellers passing through the facility.
Hazel Curry, BAA’s head of category for fashion and accessories, comments: “Terminal 5 has been looking for a fresh twist from brands at the heart of British retail.
"These two [Ted Baker and Kurt Geiger] have really risen to that challenge and created something wonderful and individual for our customers."
Additionally, Ms Curry claims that
Heathrow Airport's new terminal will provide an entirely unique environment for travellers embarking upon their journey, with more announcements to be made in the coming months regarding outlets.
Heathrow Airport also recently unveiled proposals to alter Terminal 3, in a move which aims to improve customer experience and security, while reducing traffic congestion by installing new parking options.
