Holidaymakers heading to
Chicago this summer will be able to take advantage of the world's biggest free blues festival.
The acclaimed Chicago Blues Festival takes place in the city's Grant Park between June 7th and 10th and features an eclectic line-up of blues stars and emerging talents.
Visitors to
Chicago will be able to check out the most well-known performers at the Petrillo Music Shell at Jackson and Columbus, while more shows are hosted by five other stages around the park.
Last year's festival included stars such as Artie White, Elvin Bishop Group, Walter Wolfman Washington and the Roadmasters, and Bobby Blue Bland, potentially boding well for this year's event.
Attendees can also take in a variety of sideshows outside of the park, as well as special club events throughout
Chicago.
For more information on the event, take a look at the
Chicago Blues Festival website.
