Airport controller BAA has announced a number of new deals that will see health-focused stores and eateries set up shop in the forthcoming Terminal 5 at
Heathrow Airport.
Holidaymakers using the terminal will be able to buy a range of health products and eat and drink at specialist cafes and bars from March next year.
Brands set to appear in the terminal include Itsu, Giraffe, Giraffe Juice, Lovejuice, V Bar and The Caviar House & Prunier Seafood Bar, all offering dishes and beverages from around the world.
"We've already shown how we'll be catering for those wanting to indulge ahead of their trip and now we can demonstrate how we'll be balancing this with a range of quick, tasty and healthy options," commented Freya King, acting head of category for food and beverage at BAA.
Last month, the
airport announced that it will be introducing two new concept stores to Terminal 5 - Ted Baker and Kurt Geiger.
