Exeter International Airport has undergone a number of changes in order to improve the services it offers to its passengers.
Offering a variety of new air-side restaurants and bars, passengers will now be able to choose from a wider selection of menus when they move through to the departure lounge.
The £350,000 programme of investment has ensured that there are now 160 restaurant and bar seats in the air-side area of the airport, including seats outside.
Commenting on facilities, Stephen Ayres, spokesman for the airport, said: "We feel that the new attractive air-side facilities will be appreciated by those using the airport and that people will enjoy the alfresco operation before going through to departures."
The airport plans to continue introducing new improvements over the next few months, he added.
Earlier in the month, the airport celebrated the 70th anniversary of the first landing at the airfield on May 10th 1937.
