Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has announced a raft of new improvements in its
long-haul business class cabins.
Passengers flying
business class with the carrier on one of its long-haul routes can now benefit from a new "comfort kit", which is kept in a transparent bag to allow travellers to comply with airport security regulations, as well as an upgraded audio and video on demand service.
The airline's inflight
entertainment system for business class flyers now offers a choice of 30 audio channels and 46 video titles.
SAS also unveiled its new "breakfast on the go" concept, which offers its passengers coffee and food in a grab bag that they can take with them when leaving the plane.
"Passengers' wellbeing is a key issue for SAS," the airline said in its statement.
The carrier offers a number of economy and business class flights to destinations across Scandinavia, including
Copenhagen,
Oslo and
Helsinki.
