British Airways is set to increase its flight frequency between
Heathrow Airport and
Dubai by six services a week later this year.
The airline said that the new flights will begin on December 17th and run until the end of March next year. The new services mark the 75th anniversary of the carrier's first Middle Eastern route launch.
Currently, British Airways provides economy and
business class flights to Dubai twice a day, as well as a daily
Abu Dhabi service.
"Our UAE business and corporate customers can look forward to having greater options available whether they are landing in the UK, or connecting to our global network of 140 destinations," commented Paul Starrs, Middle East commercial manager for
British Airways.
The airline recently announced that it is set to launch a number of new flights between
Gatwick Airport and
Genoa in
Italy next April.
