A scheme to upgrade the
business class cabins onboard services to
Bangkok has been completed by
British Airways.
Holidaymakers travelling from
London to the capital of
Thailand can now take advantage of revamped seats in the airline's new Club World cabin, the Bangkok Post reports.
The all-new offering includes dedicated check-in service, the use of exclusive lounges at certain airports, a 10.4-inch flat-screen television, high-quality meals and an extra wide seat capable of taking a fully flat position.
Flyers can also make use of special arrivals lounges at selected hubs, which offer shower and spa facilities and a valet service.
According to Kevin McQuillan, Thailand manager for
British Airways, the upgrade now means that the airline provides the best service for those taking
business class flights to Bangkok from London.
The new Club World cabin is expected to be rolled out across most of the carrier's fleet by the end of 2008.
