More passengers fly with MAXjet
MAXjet has announced its passenger traffic figures for the month of November, reporting a 47 per cent year-on-year increase.

The business class airline also said that it has seen an 11 per cent increase in load factor, with the total number of available seats rising by nearly a quarter.

It also noted that it had come ahead of the likes of Virgin Atlantic, Cathay Pacific and Emirates in the 2007 Zagat Airline Survey, which rates airlines based on service and comfort, among other factors.

The announcement came after MAXjet said last week that it was suspending the trading of its stock on London's AIM market, stressing that this would not affect its flights in the meantime.

MAXjet offers a range of business class flights to New York, Las Vegas and Los Angeles from Stansted Airport. It recently increased weekly frequencies on these routes, with its New York service set to see a further boost on March 1st 2008.
