Silverjet has announced an increase in passenger figures for March.
The
premium-only carrier said that it had another record month in March, with passenger traffic rising by 23 per cent compared with February.

"Whilst the economic climate is very challenging for all airlines, Silverjet's fares at up to 50 per cent discount to legacy airlines business class fares are attracting an increasing number of corporate customers," commented Lawrence Hunt, chief executive of
Silverjet.
The airline currently operates double daily
business class flights to New York and daily services to
Dubai from
Luton Airport.
Some of the features of Silverjet's flights include the use of a private terminal, 30-minute check-in, exclusive
lounges and spacious inflight cabins.
