Food lovers looking to combine their love of all things edible with a holiday might like to know that AskMen.com has compiled a list of the best culinary destinations in the world.
The top ten includes locations such as
San Sebastian in
Spain, which offers some of the best tapas to be found in the country, Reuters reports.
Meanwhile, Mougins in
France may be a modest village but it is also home to three Michelin-starred restaurants. Across the border, fish and pastry lovers might want to head to
Luxembourg for some extraordinary food treats.
The Swedish city of
Gothenburg has also seen five of its restaurants honoured with Michelin stars, while
Palermo in
Italy offers a combination of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine to suit a variety of tastes, according to AskMen.com.
Other locations in the list include
Las Vegas,
Edinburgh,
Bologna and
Singapore, as well as the English town of Ludlow.
Singapore in particular is known for its annual food festival, which takes place each July and celebrates all kinds of local cuisine, including the city-state's famous chilli crab dish.
