New lounge opens at Inverness Airport
A new pay-per-use lounge catering for all passengers passing through Inverness Airport has been opened.
The Executive Lounge measures 100 sq m and is capable of seating 360 flyers at a time. Services offered by the facility include leather seating, dedicated staff and a bar area offering complimentary drinks and snacks.
Other features include reading material, Wi-Fi, phone and fax services and a number of flight information screens. The lounge is open to all passengers regardless of which airline they are flying with or of which class they are travelling in.
It will initially cost £16 per person, including VAT, to make use of the Servisair lounge.
"The new executive lounge will be an excellent addition to the airport's facilities," remarked Inverness Airport manager James Walton.
"We have a high proportion of business travellers at Inverness who will find this facility of enormous benefit."
Airlines operating from Inverness Airport include Eastern Airways, Aer Arann and British Airways.
