Some of the most popular attractions in Islamabad include the National Monument, the Heritage Museum, the Shah Faisal Mosque and the Shakar Parian Hills, among others.
Its most well-known historic sites include the Margallah Pass, Wah Gardens, the town of Hasan Abdal and the remains of the Buddhist Mankiala Stupa.
