Visitors to
Dublin will enjoy plenty of musical entertainment this summer when Marlay Park hosts a number of events in August.
Rounding off the month will be the Lovebox Dublin Weekender on August 23rd, which will follow the better known
London event being held on July 19th and 20th.
The Dublin outing of Lovebox will be headlined by Maximo Park and N.E.R.D, with Paulo Nutini, Kid Creole and the Coconuts, Gorillaz Sound System and Sam Sparro also playing.
There will also be a traditional organic farmers market, a funfair and a kids' play area.
The Lovebox festival will be the last of a number of music events being held at Marlay Park in August, with Muse, Lenny Kravitz, Metallica and The Killers all playing earlier in the month.
Visitors to
Dublin will find the park in Rathfarnham in the area of Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, about ten miles outside the city centre.
