Part of the reason behind the growing international presence of
Dubai is the strength with which it markets and promotes itself, it has been claimed.
Chintan Mahida of Nubricks.com, an online resource for overseas property investors, said that the escalating interest in
Dubai is proving beneficial for the emirate itself for the
Middle East as a whole.
She suggested that the destination had the potential to develop into one of the world's leading travel hotspots.
"Dubai has done a stellar job of marketing not only itself, but the region as a whole to the global press," Ms Mahida said.
"Dubai's continued large scale investment into modern visitor attractions is driving not only increased tourism but interest from investors who can see the future potential Dubai holds as an international tourism visitor hotspot."
Dubai is not the only destination in the
United Arab Emirates that is enjoying growth and development, according to Ms Mahida, as
Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah are also the subject of rising international interest.
