Oman Air has announced that it will be adding a new service to its network of
flights from London Gatwick to Muscat this month.
From October 26th, the airline will boost its service from
Gatwick Airport with an additional flight that will operate every Sunday.
This will bring the carrier's number of
flights to Muscat to seven per week and fulfill its ambition to offer a daily service to the city from Gatwick Airport.
Operated with an Airbus A310, the route will offer both
business class and economy seats.
This new flight will not be the only change for Oman Air this month, as the operator also plans to increase its frequency from
Muscat to
Bangkok to six weekly services.
Another major airline based in the
Middle East,
Gulf Air, is also set to launch extra flights from Gatwick Airport to Muscat this month, including an overnight service that will offer a full day in the capital of
Oman.
