British Airways will be able to check-in 'on the go' now that the airline had launched a new mobile service.
Using remote check-in, travellers can use their phone to access the BA timetable as well as taking advantage of other useful features such as selecting seats.
Customers are also invited to check-in individuals, groups and families for departure or return flights which British Airways hopes will make for a more relaxing journey.
Available in 11 languages the free service comes in the wake of the new iPhone Apple application from BA which lets iPhone check-in via their handsets.
Chris Carmichael, British Airways innovation and planning manager said: "We are proud to be the first UK airline to offer a remote check-in service in 11 languages.
"We recognise that our customers have busy lifestyles and by offering greater accessibility we hope to enhance their overall travel experience."
Earlier this month, British Airways celebrated 50 years since the world's first commercial jet flew across the Atlantic.
