Bmi to launch new flights to Kiev
Bmi will this week launch new flights from Heathrow Airport to Kiev, serving the capital of Ukraine with five connections every week.
The new route, set to get underway on March 29th, will be introduced alongside a second daily flight to Tel Aviv from bmi's base at Heathrow Airport.
As well as offering a direct link from London, the new flights to Kiev will enable easy connections for people travelling from Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Belfast, Manchester and Dublin.
Bmi expects the new service to prove popular with leisure passengers, describing Kiev as one of the "lesser-known and explored" cities in Europe.
Business class travellers are also expected to make use of the new route and will be offered amenities including leather seats with 50 inches of leg room and the option of a chauffer-driven transfer service.
Bmi announced earlier this month that it was launching the chauffer-driven transfer option on its business class flights to Cairo, Beirut and Tel Aviv.
