Etihad Airways will showcase some of its new first class and
business class products at the forthcoming Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in
Dubai.
Taking place from May 5th to 8th, the event will see the
United Arab Emirates' national carrier unveil its new first class suite, a revamped business class bed and a number of other inflight improvements.
Several of Etihad's food and beverage managers will be at the trade fair to promote the airline's onboard catering, while beauty therapists from the Six Senses spa - which was recently introduced at
Abu Dhabi Airport - will offer complimentary treatments.
Peter Baumgartner, the carrier's chief commercial officer, said: "Etihad has invested heavily to raise the bar when it comes to luxury air travel, including the opening of our new premium lounges at Abu Dhabi Airport and the roll-out of a new inflight service style, specifically tailored to the needs of our first and business class customers.
"Visitors to ATM this year can see for themselves the high quality of the end-to-end travel experience we offer our premium customers, which we believe really makes us stand out."
Etihad Airways will be the official sponsor of the inaugural
Abu Dhabi Formula One grand prix this year, an event it recently promoted by inviting Ferrari driver Felipe Massa to the United Arab Emirates' Yas Marina circuit.
