Christmas festival to be launched in Dublin
Travellers planning a city break in Dublin in December will be able to get into the Christmas spirit by visiting an annual festival in the Docklands area.
Celebrating its fifth outing this year, the 12 Days of Christmas festival will be held on George's Dock from December 12th to 23rd.
People visiting Ireland's capital city will be able to head to the festival to browse through a market featuring over 100 stalls selling seasonal gifts, food and stocking fillers.
All sorts of items will be on offer at the market, including craft jewellery, stained-glass giftware, wooden toys and beauty products.
The 12 Days of Christmas festival will also feature stalls serving hearty seasonal food and drink, as well as entertainment such as fairground attractions, face painting, carol singers and live bands.
Over 100,000 people visited Dublin's Docklands area when the event was held last year.
Flights to Dublin are available with bmi, British Airways, Aer Lingus and several other carriers.
