New croc exhibit to open at Sydney Wildlife World
Sydney Wildlife World will boost its appeal to visitors next month with the opening of a new exhibit.
The Last Living Dinosaur, a multi-million dollar interactive display, will be launched on December 22nd.
It will house what Sydney Wildlife World describes as "the world's deadliest predator" - the giant saltwater crocodile.
Weighing as much as 700kg and growing to around five metres in length, the saltwater crocodile is the largest living reptile.
The Kakadu National Park gorge in Australia's Northern Territory provided the inspiration for the new exhibit, which will have features including a fossil and crystal cave, a scale model of a prehistoric creature and an area housing live baby crocodiles.
Michael McKeon, sales and marketing manager for the Sydney Attractions Group, said the new exhibit represented a "complete game change" for Wildlife World.
He added: "All aspects of the customer experience have been challenged to deliver an unparalleled world-class interactive exhibit.
"It's fun, entertaining, frightening and educational. It is a must see event."
