British Airways has announced that it will launch additional flights to
Grenada and
St Kitts in the
Caribbean next year.
From
Gatwick Airport, British Airways' frequency to Grenada will increase from one to two services per week on March 28th.
Flights will depart on Sundays and Tuesdays and will operate via
Barbados.
The airline's connection to St Kitts will also be served by two weekly flights from March 27th next year, with frequency being increased to reflect the strong demand that has been shown for the service since it was introduced in 2008.
Flights to St Kitts will be available on Saturdays and Tuesdays from Gatwick Airport via
Antigua.
A Boeing 777 aircraft operate the services, offering passengers a choice of World Traveller, World Traveller Plus and Club World seats.
From this winter, British Airways will serve 14 destinations in the Caribbean with 55 weekly flights from London Gatwick, more than any other airline.
