Monarch to offer extra Tenerife flights this Easter
Monarch has announced that it will operate additional flights to Tenerife from Gatwick Airport and higher capacity from Manchester Airport this Easter.
The extra Gatwick services are scheduled for April 2nd, 9th and 16th, bringing the total number of flights available on each Friday to five.
Larger aircraft will be used to fly from Manchester Airport on the same dates, delivering a 46 per cent increase in the number of available seats.
Tim Jeans of Monarch said: "We have seen continued demand for flights to Tenerife this Easter and the introduction of these additional services means an extra 3,000 seats will be available during this popular travel period."
The airline has also confirmed that it will launch charter flights to Santorini in Greece from London Gatwick and Manchester Airport this summer.
Due to get underway on May 5th, the weekly services will operate every Tuesday from both bases until October 5th.
Monarch also offers flights to Alicante, Faro, Larnaca and other popular holiday destinations.
