Jet2 Reveal New Ski Flights Between Newcastle, Edinburgh and Geneva
Jet2 has announced additional routes to Geneva flying from Newcastle and Edinburgh
The low cost airline, Jet2, has revealed two new routes in the lead up to the winter season that promise to cater to even the most hardcore of skiing enthusiasts. Providing new services from both Newcastle and Edinburgh, the routes will fly passengers to Geneva, offering plenty of opportunities for ski-aficionados looking to visit resorts in and around the area.
With the winter season only months away, many travellers are already looking to book their ski or snowboarding break. Those wishing to fly from Newcastle can expect the additional service from December 26th until January 9th and again later in the season from February 20th until March 27th. Services from Edinburgh to Geneva will operate from February 20th until March 27th.
Available from just £29.99, the new services will offer extra travel options to British travellers in the north, specifically those looking to enjoy Geneva's beautiful mountain slopes. With outstanding restaurants, stunning landscapes and the perfect inspirational setting for winter sports, it is no wonder that the city is often referred to as one of the most cultural and beautiful in Europe.
Speaking of the airline's new winter season additions, Jet2 boss, Philip Meeson, explained "Our winter ski flights are extremely popular, with the UK's ski and snow board enthusiasts unable to resist their annual fix of Europe's snow-capped mountains. With this growing demand we have increased our services from the north for this season, giving people in the region an even greater choice of winter holiday destination."
With the summer holidays drawing to an end, and the winter season just around the corner, now is an ideal time to catch a cheap flight to the ski slopes.
