New Flights with EasyJet Offer Services for Skiers

Winter sports and ski enthusiasts will be happy to hear that low cost flight operator EasyJet has announced that new flights to Turin will be available over the winter months. Confirming that the new flights will commence at the start of the winter season, the air carrier also revealed that flights would be available from London Luton, offering passengers an ideal route from which to travel to their favourite Italian ski resorts.

The new services will offer a quick and easy getaway for those living in the London area, providing a low cost option for skiing hobbyists wishing to travel to the spectacular Italian ski slopes. Running between November 2010 and March 2011, the new services will offer a one-stop express service for winter sports enthusiasts looking to access some of the finest slopes in Europe. Thanks to the city hosting the Winter Olympics back in 2006, tourists can also rest assured that the city's skiing facilities are some of the finest available.

Discussing the new services, London Luton's business development manager, Simon Harley, explained: "There are a number of ski destinations available between November and March from London Luton Airport, providing passengers with an extensive choice of winter sports holiday options at convenient flight times."

As such, the additional flights from Luton airport will offer an attractive option for those looking for a quick getaway for embarking on an exceptional skiing holiday, or to simply escape from the British weather.
