Jet Airways win Best Business Class 2010

India's international carrier Jet Airways has scooped the award for best Business Class at the 2010 Business Travel Awards. Winning the top spot against competition from other airlines across the world, Jet Airways said they were "delighted" to receive the honour.

Held in Los Angeles, the Business Travel Awards attracted executives from the tourism and travel industry and sought to recognise the best airlines in the business. Following an open ended survey, eight thousand randomly selected readers of the Business Travel Magazine were offered the opportunity to nominate their favourite carriers.

With outstanding business class Jet Airways was described as offering the best services in the world. Guests travelling on its Premiere service can experience a seat which lies flat at 180° all uniquely liveried in the trademark herringbone design of Jet Airways.  There is a fantastic range of high quality in-flight entertainment, and an unsurpassed range of fine wines.  The cuisine on offer is taken from a range of both traditional Indian and international dishes. Cabins on international flights allow passengers extra privacy with a screen, whilst laptop plug sockets are provided as standard.  Business travellers will also benefit from complimentary snacks and a glass of Dom Perignon.
